Acer palmatum Peve Stanley

'Peve Stanley' has leaves which emerge a bright red deepening to a purplish-black.  Fall color is crimson.  Its leaves are so deeply dissected that it almost appears laceleaf.  This cute maple may reach 8 feet in ten years.
