Acer serrulatum has dark olive five-lobed pointy leaves. New leaves have a reddish-bronze tint. Fall colors are yellow, orange and red. It holds its leaves late. Similar, but not the same as A. oliverianum. This tree may grow to 15 feet in ten years.
