‘Summer Gold’ was introduced by Fratelli Gilardelli Nursery in Italy which also produced Orange Dream. The two are similar in its yellow color, but Summer Gold will not burn in full sun! Fall color is bright yellow-gold. This upright maple will grow to 10 feet and makes a great accompaniment to any garden contrasting well with other maple colors.
